Looking at the Orbit IP Log for javax.xml here:
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20100519200754/iplog-R20100519200754.html

And clicking the "cvs" link:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.orbit/javax.xml%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20/?root=Tools_Project&pathrev=v1_3_4

produces a Python traceback, because there are too many space characters in the link. The

javax.xml%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20

part should be

javax.xml
