Add support for choosing the EclipseLink 2.2 platform. Also support the eclipselink_orm_2_2.xsd, creating it and adding resource model for any new elements/attributes.

Verified in Build I-3.3.0-2010111820415

Verified EclipseLink 2.2.x appears for the platform when creating a JPA
Project, also verify eclipselink_orm_2_2.xsd appears in the source when you create an EclipseLink ORM Mapping file for the project. See the link to view test steps for verification.
