Sometimes after eclipse startup or after a refresh of the workspace, when startung a MWE workflow, the following NPE occurs:

'Launching XXXXX' has encountered a problem.
An internal error occuren during "Launching XXXXX".

Workaround:
try to start the workflow again. then in most cases it will run.

1. refresh workspace or restart eclipse
2. run mwe workflow
