Build Identifier: 3.6.1

I have installed Eclipse on a windows xp computer which students use. As the administrator, I have no trouble running the program. When I am logged in as a student client, I do not even see the executable in the program files folder.
If I place a shortcut to the application on all users desktops, the icon sees no link to the program.
I do not have any list of applications not allowed by gpo.

Reproducible: Always

And what if you don't put it in "Program Files"?

When you install it as the Admin, do you follow the multi-user initialization steps?

Please re-open if you can provide more information for why this is an Eclipse issue.
