There are 3 ways to create a WAB (Web Application Bundle), none are perfect and  require some additional work to get to a good working state. This issue will be complete when all three are documented here.

I'd be happy to have one sure way to create a WAB documented here. Then we can consider whether to squeeze that into the documentation before release.
