The parser supports range based for loops (Bug #327223). For that I have introduced the interface 'ICPPASTRangeBasedForStatement', which does not inherit from 'IASTForStatement'.

Where there is special treatment for for-loops, the new interface needs to be taken into account. I assume that at least the formatter is affected.
