When converting MediaWiki documents that use image captions to DITA, captions are ignored. For [[Image:images/editor-assist-proposals.png|alt=Alternative text|Caption text.]] the generated DITA is <image href="images/editor-assist-proposals.png" alt="Alternative text"/> To retain caption, a fig element should be used as a wrapper: <fig> <title>Caption text.</title> <image href="images/editor-assist-proposals.png" alt="Alternative text"/> </fig> Tested with WikiText standalone mylyn-wikitext-standalone-3.5.0.I20100926-0400.
