Deferred to avoid disruption to 2.1.0 especially since the effects of the presence of LogDumpContributor are minimal: an empty log.log is included with dumps.

The medic config file also needs tidying up.

The User Guide also shows the log dump configuration from the medic config file in its example of vsh config examine.
