The user guide still refers to this. Dumps still contain a log.log which is probably the in-memory dump and needs tidying up.

On the second item, look for LogDumpContributor and see if there is any vestige of it remaining.

User Guide references deleted on 2.1.x by d23c17eae7b68d1fe3f630b21228034d1f961772 and on master by 38d893d32d11e4c7b4dbe979b2ac7395e50aad69.

The LogDumpContributor remains and should be tidied up post 2.1.0 to avoid disruption.
