Build Identifier: 

Whenever one tries to resize the window to a size smaller than a certain threshold, it become somewhat clipped. See the following screenshot for details

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to debug an application without any debug configuration set up a priori
2.Shrink the window to a size smaller than the clipping threshold

AFAIK this is expected.  If you resize a dialog so that the controls don't fit, they get clipped.
