After I finish my debug session, the IDE should switch back to the perspective I was in before I launched the debugger.  The watch list and stack view panels in the debug perspective are not meaningful when the program is not running.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the debug button to run your program.
2.Click the terminate button, or press control-f2, or otherwise exit your program or wait for it to finish.
