Create package is now an action it should be converted to a export wizard.

Introduced a new export wizard for exporting the Midlet Jar files. Export wizard replaces the old export actions for creating package and obfuscated package. Also introduces the ability to export to any directory outside the workspace while keeping the option to export to deployment directory.
