Build Identifier:

What I would like to have in bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/report.cgi is a cumulative graph (or table) of the following
form:
1. Time taken to resolve a bug in the horizontal axis.
2. Number of bugs resolved on the vertical axis.

This would give an overview of the distribution of time taken to resolve the
reported bugs.

Reproducible: Always

This sounds interesting. But the Web Tools Platform provides tooling for HTML and Java EE development - see http://eclipse.org/webtools/ . The Eclipse Foundation's Community is the place for bugzilla-related bugs.

If the built in reports for Bugzilla are unable to provide you with a graph of this, I suggest you grab a copy of the DB snapshot here: http://build.eclipse.org/bugs.sql.gz and then you can run whatever stats you'd like. Please note that the snapshot is ~5G in size.
