For clarification and consistency, modify all references of 'Plugin Project' in Tigerstripe UI to 'Generator Project'.  For example, right clicking in TS explorer and selecting New should display 'Generator Project' instead of 'Plugin Project'.

The term plug-in is really confusing, since in the Eclipse world, plug-ins are completely different.

All documentation referring to 'Plugin Project' also needs to be updated
