org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.infra.common.core has a dependency on emf.compare.
This dependency is required by methods that are only used by tests.
These methods should be moved to a plug-in used only by the test plug-ins, so that the Infrastructure feature can install without the dependency on emf.compare.

I am attaching a new plug-in that extracts the dependencies to EMF.Compare. It will be used by test plug-ins only.
