Branches are allowed to contain "/" in their name allowing them to be logically grouped.  Unfortunately the synchronize dialog trims the leading segments making it impossible to distinguish paths for synchronize.

Steps to reproduce:
1: git checkout -b cvs/master master
2: In Eclipse try to synchronize. The synchronize dialog shows 'master' twice...

I've pushed patch set (http://egit.eclipse.org/r/2601) that should fix this issue
