Add a configuration option to switch off cell selection by mouse dragging.

I need this for my application where I want the grid to allow selection of only a single cell at a time. However, if the user clicks on a cell and then drags the mouse then more than one cell will be selected.

Reproducible: Always

Fix fixed in Nebula 2.3.0
