The "Network Connections" preference page has several confusing properties, which have affected real customers using our RCP app.

1) It looks quite different to the proxy preferences page of a web browser, which is the familiar form for most users.
2) The table contains checkboxes which cannot be individually set. The normal user expectation is that checkboxes can be toggled.
3) In Native and Direct modes the table entries are displayed and editable, when in fact they are not even relevant to these modes.
