It would be very helpful to have a menu which manages excluding and reincluding of files for a certain build configuration.
The menu or window could include a dropbox to choose the build configuration (or maybe pick the build config from some context menu), and a tree of all files in the project, whether included or excluded. Files could be switched from included to excluded for the chosen build configuration by a single click.

Apparently this can already be find, hidden in some submenu, didn't find it. Sorry
