i installed the bpel visual designer but i cant't create a  bpel project in "file-new-",My eclipse version is 3.6,and i add the web-site to install the bpel ,after success, i cant't create a bpel project !

File->New ->Project...->BPEL,
you can't get the BPEL folder in the opened New project wizard?
What version do you install? Or the updatesite url

Add dependency for org.eclipse.jem.workbench and fix the NewFileWizard

The BPELCoreFacetInstallDelegate.execute tries to add all needed natures using WtpUtils.addNatures. This includes org.eclipse.jem.workbench.JavaEMFNature from org.eclipse.jem.workbench, which is not referenced anywhere in the plugins (neither BPEL nor org.eclipse.wst.common.frameworks) and thus not downloaded when installing using the UpdateSite. 

I would suggest to add it as dependency to org.eclipse.bpel.runtimes (as long as its not added to org.eclipse.wst.common.frameworks).

Additionally it would be nice to let a use add BPEL files to "NoneBPEL" projects. 

The patch includes fixes for both issues

Have you reproduced this issue?What caused the issue?
For jem, I agree with you.
For 'let a use add BPEL files to "NoneBPEL" projects.',
we may create bpel files in any module project for now. Don't need to improve it.

I read your patch, as if  there are not special codes for the purpose?

I think we should validate if the project is bpel project, if yes, it's ok. if not, give a warning, and user can finish the wizard.
And Paul's issue about not creating bpel project, there is not more details, so I close the bug. If you guys think there is other problem, please feel free to reopen it.
