This is the last of the three refactorings:

We already have defined:
 Bug 221443 -  Refactor Association <-> Association Class
 Bug 325174 -  Refactor DataType <-> Entity  

In this refactoring, we convert an association class to an Entity plus two associations.

In the reverse direction, an Entity and two associations can be selected and these are converted into an association class.

Let me know before you start work on this and I'll provide examples of what is required.

Activation should be via right click in diagram or explorer.

Done. For converting to association class, you have to select entity + association in explorer or diagram.

When I select two two associations and an entity, the option is disabled in diagram and the option is not even displayed in the Explorer.  Also converting an association class to an entity doesn't result in One entity + 2 associations.
