1. Create JPA 1.0 project with option that the annotated classes must be listed in the persistence.xml
2. Open diagram
3. Create an entity in the diagram
4. Delete the org.persistence package

Result: The entity is being correctly deleted as a resource and from the model, but it remains listed in the persistence.xml
