I imported an ear with wars and tried to access the jsp. It displays a tag lib uri not found error, however on copying the same file into another name, it works without a problem. ie., the error does not occur. It picks up the tag lib from a global location as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Sounds like a timing issue between validation and the import.

Sarika, I think you've looked into something similar in the past.

Hi,
In the same file, if you re vaildate the file manually (with or without some modification) , does the error go off?

This seems like Bug 323421, which will be addressed in the first service release of Indigo.
