My system is Gentoo ~amd64.
Eclipse is download from eclipse.org.
Photran is installed using Help->Install new software.

The symptom is showed in my attached picture.

Change Font is no use.

Hi,

Thanks for the bug report.  I don't see an attached screenshot.  What font is the editor using?  The vertical line is positioned based on information provided by the editor font...
