Essentially the same as Bug 245147 but on Windows Vista and Eclipse 3.6.1.

Additionally: Rearranging the desktop configuration does not drag floating windows along.

A recovery strategy for users was already given in Bug 245147:
- reset view / restore previously saved window arrangement

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse
2. Undock some window (e.g. console)
3. move the undocked window over to a second monitor/display
4. disconnect that second monitor/display or change its position (to the left/right/up/down)

There is no need to open new a new defect when one has already been opened.
