Build Identifier: 2.3.2

When we try to display Images form the URL or Embedded in the .rpt design , the Images were not dispayed in BIRT Report in session based load balancers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Load balanced Environment that run the BIRT report.
2.Embedded the image in the .rpt design.
3.Run the report with the load balancer URL.
4.Imgaes not getting displayed.
5. But if you run the report from the actual node then images get displayed.

Could you please provide the detailed info of your Load balanced Environment for us to reproduce?
