It would be great to support the Bundle-Icon header if present. I have tried to upload a bundle with an icon but the admin console looks exactly the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a bundle with a Bundle-Icon that's shipped in the JAR
2. Don't see the icon in the admin console after updating

Investigating for 2.2.0 but will backport if a simple fix.
