All dependencies updated including:

Virgo milestone M06
Gemini web container RC1
Equinox 3.6.1

The test configurations have had the kernel.dm dependency removed and the serviceability file format updated to the new Logback format, as Logback prints a big message complaining otherwise.
One Eclipse classpath entry also updated.

It now build and all tests pass, Eclipse is also looking good.

Removing target milestone as snaps is not part of the Virgo build.
