CHKPII tests didn't run on N20101007-2000.

They were very fast:

There were errors in /org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/guide/resAdv_builders.htm which I've fixed in HEAD now.

Yes, I realize this :-) I was releasing fixes for bug 326444 yesterday but there were problems with them.  Earlier in the day, I released a new chkpii.  If the Equinox build page generation isn't fixed today, I will revert the new version of chkpii so it works with the old builder.
