1/ Create 4 requirements Rq1, Req2, Req3, Req4
2/ Create 3 decomposition Link From Req1 to respectively Req2, Req3, Req4
3/ Select the decomposition links
4/ try to distribute the links using one of the buttons under Distribute actions menu.

We stopped maintenance for SysML 1.1. So we close all the bugs concerning SysML 1.1 as WontFix.
