        Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.ocl.ecore_[1.1.0,2.0.0).

This 2 plugins version is upgraded in new platform.
DTP 1.9.0 is based on Eclipse platform 3.6.1 and the Helios SR1 version of the other dependent components, include:
