A right click in the XML editor has "HEAD Revision" and "Git Index" disabled.  Open the same file in the ant editor or plain text editor and the items are enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an xml file (or ant build) with XML Editor
2. Right click in the editor
3. Select "Compare With" content menu
4. "HEAD Revision" and "Git Index" are disabled
