Ignored resources are ignored just until you restart program or reopen project, then they appear again in Synchronize view. Everytime I must go to preferences Team -> Ignored resources and click to Apply 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add some dir from project to be ignored in Team -> Ignored resources (etc teplates_c) => dir will disappear from Synchronize view.
2. Close project and reopen same project
3. In Synchronize view you can see again your ignored dir
4. Go to preferences Team -> Ignored resources and click to Apply for clear Synchronize view from ignored resources.
