We had to release a new compiler in the build (bug 327123) to address bug 323012.  All bundles that specify jsr14 in their build.properties need to be retagged so they will have new bytecode.  This includes the following p2 bundles:

Note we will have to check to see if any bundles need their version numbers increased. Some might as they may not have had any code changes in the 3.7 stream yet.

I have updated all bundle versions which need it, so when we tag for the next build we just need to tag as normal. (and make sure all the bundles listed above are in the tag list)

I tagged, but not all the bundles in this list were in our 'tagged' list. I'll tag this list manually.
