This project is setup to use target jsr14, but its EE is set to 1.4. This is inconsistent.
Its EE must be 1.5 if the target is jsr14 and the source settings is 1.5.

Proposed fix

Right now this project doesn't compile if checked out from CVS. This patch should fix it.
