Remove Selected Expression button is enabled when Add new expression row is selected in Debug perspective.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Debug perspective
2. Switch to expression view
3. Select row that has name Add new expression
3. Remove Selected Expressions button is enabled
