The initial time windows of the ControlFlowView and ResourceView (1s) doesn't match the one specified in the HistogramView (0.1s).

This results in an unnecessary request for 1s of data that won't even be displayed.

The temporary fix is to align the time windows. The long term fix is to make the active time window management a part of the experiment itself.
