As currently implemented, the heap instance data collection agent (see bug 313987) does not distinguish between primitive data types vs. their object wrappers.

This makes it difficult for downstream consumers to make accurate use of the information.

Pushing this out to future as the fix is not trivial and we are entering the RC-phase of the release.
