Build ID: I20100608-0911 (Eclipse 3.6.0) When feature A includes feature B, and both have been installed as root IU, then feature A cannot be updated without also manually selecting the included feature B for update. This workflow is typical when installing a runtime first, and the corresponding SDK afterwards. In the "Help > Install New Software" dialog, the SDK cannot be updated without manually also selecting the runtime to update. This is confusing - expected behavior is when I choose the SDK to update, the tool automatically suggests updating all included features as well (without forcing me into long and hard-to-read error messages, and manually making a selecting). Steps to reproduce: 1. Install RSE-runtime-3.2 2. Install RSE-SDK-3.2 (which includes RSE-runtime-3.2) 3. Help > Install new Software, pick RSE-SDK-3.2.1 --> the dialog says "cannot complete the request" with details like the following (note that RSE-runtime includes RSE-DStore services among other things): Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
