After editing a checked proxy bypass, the bypass become unchecked (although it should have stayed checked)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open network connections page
2.Switch to active provider manual
3. If there are none, add a proxy bypass and check it
4. Edit a checked proxy bypass and modify its value
5. press ok. The proxy bypass is now unchecked ==> NOK

This fix solves reported problem and also avoids to reorder bypass list after editing.

side note: unable to uncheck a proxy bypass in manual mode. 
When bypass is unchecked after editing it, I am able to check it again but afterwards, I won't be able to uncheck it (unless I edit it which is the current bug :))

The patch does not solve the problem.
