Artfact move by DnD doesn't update all references.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open /tigerstripe/samples/test-models/model-rafactoring project; 
2. Move Ent1 artifact from 'simple' package into 'simple.moved' package with using DnD; 
3. Check Dependency0 and Query0 artifacts. References to Ent1 weren't updated, they are still pointed to simple.Ent1.
