I keep getting the blue screen of death (ie my computer crashes)when I activate the program.

And this you classify as _minor_!? 

But ... probably not "us" per se. You'll have to give lots more details, though, about what you installed, what your system is, etc., for us to help much or point you in the right direction. 

Could be related to your Java VM? 

Is it a "pure" WTP install ... or have other "products" installed as part of it?
