Added both a link (the 'Mapping file:' label is now a link) and 'New...' button if you choose to browse for a mapping file. This has been added to both the 'Make Persistent' and 'New JPA Entity' wizard.

Testing on I build 3.3.0-20101104191817 - Select create New JPA Entity
Enter the required items, Check the Add to entity mapping in XML checkbox
Notice the Browse button is enabled and the text field is enabled but the Mapping file label is not enabled. Click on the New button, Use Advanced option and select an .xml file from the system, Finish, and then click ok to choose the mapping XML file. Notice the Mapping File label is now enabled and you receive the following error in the dialog - NLS Missing message: MAPPING_FILE_NOT_LISTED_ERROR in : jpt_ui_entity_wizard and you cannot continue.

This link works correctly via Make Persistent dialog.
