I'm thinking that the builds view should have a search field similar to the "Task List" for easily constraining the view contents using a simple regular expression. If you're a build master you will probably choose to have _all_ jobs listed so this can be useful. Optionally we could pop up a text entry field that will serve the same purpose when pressing Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F) (for "Find"). Although handy; all these filter/find fields in the view do take up a bit too much real estate.

I could see that being useful when a lot of builds are monitored. My sense is that most developers will only monitor a limited number of builds though and not need to filter the view so I would prefer if the search field was hidden by default.
