org.eclipse.equinox.p2.operations.ProfileChangeOperation.getProfileChangeRequest() has changed its return type between 3.6.1 and 3.7.
This would be a breaking change.
If ok, it must be documented and an api tools filter must be added.

Proposed fix

This is a patch that adds an api problem filter and adds the corresponding @since tag and adjusts the bundle version.
