I've incremented minor version of releng tests, which we duplicate in jsdt tests feature, so this requires the jsdt test feature to increment its minor version as well. 

This patch is again maintenance branch. I assume HEAD needs same (or similar) change, if it hasn't been incremented for other reasons.
