With the new default theme, Trees and Tables with BORDER style get a 3d border which does not fit into this theme. They should have a thin border like other widgets.

Make the default border (SWT.BORDER) for all controls 1px solid #a4a4a4; like Text, Combo and so on. JUnit tests adjusted for the new border width.
