Can you way what perspective you are in? And do you get a "Refactor" context menu item? Also exactly what software do you have installed. The control of the context menu in the Project Explorer can be influenced by many things. Hi Francis, I have tried in the Tasktop perspective, the Team Synchronizing perspective, the PHP perspective: all the same, Move is present but disabled. (And no Refactor menu item on projects or PHP files, but I also do not see that in the Navigator view). I'm not sure how detailed you want the list of what I have installed? I have quite a few plugins (PHP, WTP, DSDP, Mylyn, Tasktop, Android, egit, subversive, Wireframesketcher, Mantis connector is what I quickly pull together from the About screen). If there is a simple way to create a list, I can attach it. Checking up: the "Move..." menu is available in my Project Explorer by now, so I guess this issue could be closed as not existing anymore. (My current Build id: M20110210-1200) But the move dialogue via Project Explorer lets me select a location within existing projects, whereas the move via Navigator lets me specify any directory on my disk. Is there still a way to do the latter? (If I understand it correctly, the Project Explorer view is the default?) (My current Build > id: M20110210-1200) OK, will close this. > > But the move dialogue via Project Explorer lets me select a location within > existing projects, whereas the move via Navigator lets me specify any directory > on my disk. Is there still a way to do the latter? Everything in Eclipse happens in the workspace. I can't make Move... in the Navigator specify any directory on the disk. |
