We need the launcher compiled for AIX 64 GTK. Attaching patch of work done so far.

we now have 
org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.gtk.aix.ppc64
and the org.eclipse.equinox.executable feature is also updated to contain bin/gtk/aix/ppc64

New stuff is tagged in the map files

The initial  gtk.aix.ppc64 fragment was versioned as 1.0.0, I've now increased this to  1.1.0 for 3.7 as we may need 1.0.0 for the 3.6.x stream.
