A Shortcut key for the 'Run Query Dirty' action in the Query View does not appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Query View
2.Right click on the view on any Query Item.
3.The actions appear.The shortcut key does not appear for the 'Run Query Dirty' action

Fix for the bug

Added command parameter in the key binding for the 'Run Query On Dirty State' key binding.
